I have enjoyed working with Ross who has added much needed variety to my regular workouts. I had really plateaued so it has been very good for me to try new routines and exercise many underutilised muscles. Ross is a good judge of how far he can push me outside my comfort zone and inspires confidence as I try new things
after the first six weeks I can jog for twice as long, I’m more confident with my technique and I’ve lost half a stone!
