Ross - personal trainer & nutritional coach

Ross has fueled his life with a passion for health and fitness, from competing at a national level in Tae Kwon Do  and Handball to skateboarding, running, swimming, mountain biking and completing marathons and assault courses. He is a qualified gym instructor, personal trainer and 2nd degree black belt. He is dedicated to sharing his experience and enthusiasm with others and thrives on helping others to achieve their goals.

Nathalie - personal trainer, yoga teacher & massage therapist

Nathalie's love for the outdoors has led her to follow a passion for an active life of surfing, running and completing numerous assault courses, travelling and exploring. As a personal trainer, yoga teacher and massage therapist she has a sound knowledge of the body, how it moves and functions. She believes that we need to push our bodies and minds in order to change, but we need to do this with understanding.
