Based in West Sussex, our personal training programmes run in littlehampton at Crossfit Lineside, Rustington at Optimus Gym, at Bailiffscourt Hotel in Climping and Ockenden Manor in Haywards Heath. If you are not able to travel or are just more comfortable at home we can even come to you! 

Besides 1-2-1 training we blend our love of all kinds of fitness, yoga and travel in our unique wellness retreats in Sussex and Spain. These are the perfect way to treat yourself to some well earned “me time”, give your fitness a boost, relax and enjoy some outstanding nature and fantastic venues.
