We are delighted to have teamed up with Bailiffscourt Hotel & Spa to offer a series of fitness retreats throughout 2017. Set in 30 acres of tranquil parkland and nestled above Climping Beach, our retreats will make full use of the sea, the beach and the fabulous grounds to give you a results driven, unique and fun retreat. All levels are catered for, with workouts scaled to your ability to ensure you have fun - there is no need to be an expert before you arrive!

 

Our Fitness Retreat at Bailiffscourt includes:

3pm Check in

4.30pm Wind-down Yoga

7pm Sumptuous Dinner to prepare you for tomorrow

Day 2:

7am KickFit to start you off as you mean to go on

8am Hearty breakfast with fresh, local produce

10.30am Beach Burn - a fun workout on the beach

12.30pm Light, healthy lunch to re-fuel

1.30 - 3pm Spa/relax time

3.30pm HIIT cardio

4.15pm Ab Blast

5.15pm Vinayasa Yoga to stretch you out

7pm Dinner, Rest and Recover

Day 3: 

8am Gentle jog to loosen up

8.30am Tasty fresh breakfast

10.30am Outdoor Power circuits
