Beginner Jogging & Fitness Cub, Worthing
Our jogging and fitness club help you to improve your fitness levels and running style so that you get the most out of your workouts. Go at your own pace whilst getting plenty of coaching and tips that will help you to move forward safely and most importantly, have fun doing it!

Outdoor Circuits, Arundel
We love getting outdoors to get active! Our fit clubs run in Arundel and Worthing in the warmer months and are a fun, friendly way to exercise. From team relays to HIIT workouts and circuit training, each session has a different challenge. This summer we are teaming up with Arun Wellbeing to bring you 8 weeks of circuit training at Arundel Lido! Starting on June 6th at 6:30pm
HIIT Training, Littlehampton
Get your workout in while the kids are at school with our short and sweet HIIT session. A mix of cardio and resistance, working on high intensity exercises that get the heart rate up and increase fat burning even after your workout. The perfect class for a busy lifestyle!
This energy boosting 45 minutes will give you a full body workout with particular attention given to your core.
