A day of bringing yourself back into balance. The perfect blend of outdoor exercise and re-aligning and calming Yoga in a beautiful setting, with Arundel Castle as backdrop. The day retreat will give you an injection of energy and some well earned "me time" though a great selection of exercise styles including a lovely run in the Downs, hiit training and fun games with calming Yoga to stretch and chill after all your workouts. You will also have the option to enjoy a delicious healthy lunch to re-fuel you.
This mini retreat is ideal for all levels of fitness and experience. You will be coached through workouts that are scaled to your ability and encouraged to give it your best!
What's included in your day retreat :
Outdoor Group Exercise in the beautiful Sussex Downs
During the day you will take part in 3 workouts, each targeting different energy systems and giving you a full body workout. From body weight, to battle ropes, interval training and a run in the beautiful country side you will get the chance to try new exercises that are guaranteed to get the endorphins flowing and motivate you to continue training throughout the summer.
Post workout Yoga to relax and stretch
Reduce that post workout muscle ache with a relaxing yoga session at the end of the day. Yoga will be designed to target the muscles you have used during the workouts, ensuring your body feels refreshed and energised.
If yoga isn't your thing, you can simply have a stretch outside and enjoy the view.
Learn about the food you fuel your body with
During lunch we will also offer a talk on the importance of macro-nutrients and a balanced diet - what to eat and when - in order to ensure you optimise your training, achieve results and help you to feel more energised. Sometimes it's the tiny tweaks that make all the difference!

- 10-11: Fun Fitness Bootcamp
- 11 - 11.15: Re-fuel snack
- 11.15 - 12.15: Country run (choice of 2 distances)
- 12.15 - 12.30: Re-fuel snack
- 12.30 - 1.30: HIIT training & Core blast
- 1.30 - 2..30: Lunch & Nutrition workshop
- 2.30 -3.30: Yoga & relax
Cost: EARLY BIRD £45 per person / £80 per couple/pair
+optional £10 for a delicious, healthy lunch
