Based in Worthing, West Sussex we work locally whilst running workshops and retreats in Cornwall and Europe. Our holistic package includes personal training, group exercise, yoga and nutritional support as well as corporate and community programmes.

As well as offering personal training sessions at your home, outdoors and at our central Worthing studio, we also work exclusively with Bailiffscourt Hotel & Spa as their in-house trainers and with Impulse Leisure Chanctonbury
